About Us
My husband, John, and I have been showing Cavaliers since 2005. I have shown Cocker Spaniels, Toy Poodles and Persian and Devon Rex cats over the past 26 years. I purchased my first Cavalier when John & I moved to Florida from Virginia. Our first and foremost consideration with our Cavaliers is their health and well being. Our dogs are our family, our 4-legged children. We participate in health clinics each year, where our dogs are seen by board certified cardiologists and ophthalmologists to ensure that we are only breeding healthy dogs. We do our very best to ensure that puppy buyers receive updates on their puppy's parents and siblings each year. Our primary goals with each breeding at TruElegance Cavaliers are to produce happy, healthy, beautiful show quality Cavalier puppies. Any pups that we do not keep for our own breeding/show program will be offered for sale to pet homes with the agreement to spay/neuter the pup. We are careful to select the appropriate home for each puppy and maintain relationships with our puppy owners. We are always available to offer advice throughout the life of our puppies. If we do not have a puppy available, we are happy to refer you to other reputable breeders. John & I are members of the Mid-Florida Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club, the Northern Florida CKCSC, the Greater Atlanta CKCSC, the National Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club - USA and Cavaliers of the South.
